A: The very first step in the marketing process is to have a strategic meeting to discuss your needs. I will familiarize myself with your product/service so I can conduct an in-depth analysis on how well your product can compete in the marketplace. I’ll be asking questions like what type of marketing/promotions you’ve already done, what ideas you have for your business, and get an idea of your budget. When I’ve obtained enough information, I’ll get back to you quickly on a strategic marketing plan and provide recommendations.
Q: How much will it cost me?
A: The cost will depend on what type of marketing services you’ll need. If you are looking for a completely branded, full-service marketing package, we can make that transformation happen and implement an effective marketing plan from A to Z. If you are looking for individual services, we will take a look at your needs on a case-by-case basis.
The main thing to remember is your budget sets the stage. I know first-hand what it takes to start a new business, and that resources are often limited. If there is a set marketing budget, I will take into account what your marketing needs are and provide options within that space.
Every client’s marketing needs are different. I bill my clients based on my time and am more than willing to work with clients to help share the load. It is a team effort which is why I often train my clients on best practices. So whatever your budget and bandwidth, we will work you in just about any capacity.
Q: How long will the website process take?
A: It depends on what assets and resources you are able to provide. If you are able to provide images and content for the site, from that point, it should take 2-4 weeks. If you need images and would like copywriting services, the process can take 6-8 weeks. Basically, the sooner I have website assets on hand, the more quickly your website can be finished.
Q: How much time do I spend on this?
A: We understand, sometimes there is just not enough hours in a day, which is why we will work with you in any capacity. If you know exactly how you’d like your company to be presented…perfect, we can make that happen. If you have the vision and would like us to help provide insights and recommendations, we will gladly take the ball and run with it.
Q: Do I need ongoing maintenance after my website is finished?
A: Yes. Our websites are built on an open-source platform that gives you the flexibility to make updates anywhere, as long as you have an internet connection and desktop. However, consistent software/plugin updates must be maintained to prevent your website from being vulnerable to malware injections and viruses. Additional security measures such as malware scanning are done monthly to ensure your website is operating at peak performance.
We do offer a monthly Maintenance Plan that includes software/plugin updates, fix any bugs or errors, malware scanning, an extra layer of security, and an hour worth of website updates, for $25/mo.
If you choose to opt out of the monthly Maintenance Plan, you can contact us if there are any issues with the site and we will fix for a flat fee of $200.

A: Why has my website traffic slowed down? Why am I not making any sales? These are common problems website owners often have. Q: Can you make updates to an existing website?
A: Depending on your website platform, I will most likely be able to update your website. However, precautions need to be taken like purchasing a daily back-up feature from your hosting provider. Every website should have this feature, however, since your website was designed by someone else, it is important to have a safety net to minimize any downtown, just in case.
Q: How do I compete with big companies?
A: Lucky for us, Google does not measure the quality of a website by the amount of invested capital. The success of your website is heavily dependent on the content quality and product/service demand. We will run competitive reports and analytics to see where your company would stand in the marketplace, then create an effective strategy to give your website the most exposure possible.
